Community Guidelines

Treat everyone with respect. Hicoo is a space where people from different cultures and backgrounds come together.

• Do not harass, bully, or intimidate other users.
• Do not send messages or content intended to insult, demean, or humiliate others.
• Respect the boundaries of other users. If someone asks you to stop contacting them, do so immediately.
• Do not create multiple accounts to evade blocks or continue unwanted contact.

• Nudity, pornography, and sexually explicit content are strictly prohibited in all forms, including images, voice messages, and text.
• Soliciting or sharing sexual content involving anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement.
• Do not use this platform to promote or facilitate sexual services.

• Do not threaten, incite, or promote violence against any individual or group.
• Content depicting graphic violence, animal abuse, or physical injury is prohibited.
• Do not encourage or glorify self-harm, eating disorders, or suicide.
• If you or someone you know is in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline.

• We do not tolerate hate speech, including content that promotes discrimination, hostility, or violence based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or veteran status.
• Slurs, stereotypes, and demeaning language targeting any group are not allowed.

• Do not use Hicoo to facilitate, promote, or participate in any illegal activity.
• Buying, selling, or trading illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, or stolen property is prohibited.
• Do not share content that instructs others on how to engage in illegal activities.

• Do not impersonate others, including friends, celebrities, public figures, or brands.
• Do not create fake accounts or profiles to deceive or mislead others.
• Scams, phishing, and any attempt to defraud other users are strictly prohibited.
• Do not ask other users for money, financial information, or personal data under false pretenses.

• Do not send bulk unsolicited messages or spam.
• Do not use the app for unauthorized advertising or commercial promotion.
• Do not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate the app's functions or gain an unfair advantage.

• Terrorist organizations and extremist groups are prohibited on Hicoo.
• Any content that promotes, supports, or incites terrorism or violent extremism will be removed immediately and reported to the relevant authorities.

• Do not knowingly spread false or misleading information that may cause harm.
• Denying or distorting the truth of well-documented tragic events is not allowed.

• Do not share another user's personal information without their consent (doxxing).
• Do not record or screenshot private conversations and share them without the consent of all relevant parties.

Reporting and Enforcement

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please use the in-app reporting feature. You may also report issues by emailing [email protected].

We will review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include:

• Removing violating content
• Issuing warnings
• Temporarily suspending accounts
• Permanently banning accounts
• Reporting to law enforcement when necessary

We enforce these guidelines consistently and fairly. If your account is terminated for violating these guidelines, you will not be allowed to use Hicoo again.

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the app. Please review these guidelines regularly to stay informed.
